Why flat fees instead of a percentage of my project?
Percentage pricing creates bad incentives — we'd make more if your project cost more. Flat fees keep our advice honest.
What's not included in these prices?
Architect fees, permit fees, construction costs, and surveyor fees are paid directly to those professionals. We'll estimate all of them in your feasibility study so you have the full picture.
What's the payment schedule for the Full Concierge Package?
30% at kickoff, 40% at permit approval, 30% at final inspection.
Do you offer refunds?
If we can't deliver your feasibility study within the promised window, we refund in full.
Do you credit the feasibility study toward Full Concierge?
Yes — the full $995 is credited if you continue with us on the same project.
