Who we are
Together Home was built on a simple belief: small, well-planned spaces can create independence, comfort, and connection in a way that large homes often can't.
I'm Paul. I spent more than five years working inside Massachusetts town government, on the town side of the permitting process, alongside the health, building, and planning departments that decide whether a project moves forward. I'm also a licensed Massachusetts real estate agent. That's the perspective I bring to every ADU: someone who knows how a town actually says yes.
I don't design your ADU or build it. I coordinate the licensed professionals who do, and I stay on your side through the whole process. Every project starts with real people and real needs: aging parents, multigenerational families, homeowners adding flexible space, and anyone dreaming of a retreat that feels like theirs.
Our mission
To make accessory dwelling units accessible to the Massachusetts families who need them: for aging parents, for multigenerational living, for independence, for rental income, and for the kind of home that actually fits the people in it.
Why small homes
Small homes are efficient, sustainable, and personal. They create independence without isolation, comfort without excess, and beauty without waste. The right small home, thoughtfully planned, can transform how a family lives.
